You can or may also import information from a third party as part of registration process. We use your name to create your account name.  We may use your email address to send you updates, provide services to you in connection with the Site, and to contact you for other reasons. We may also use your birth date, gender and other personal information that you supply to display relevant advertising to you.

Public content. You can contribute to the Site in a number of different ways, including writing reviews, uploading photos, participating in chats and using third party sites, including but not limited to Facebook.com, that import content to the Site. We may store these contributions (your "Public Content"), display them to other users, post them to our Facebook.com page and use them for promotional and advertising purposes. Note that if you include personally identifiable information in your Public Content, it can be used and viewed by others. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to include in your Public Content.

Third party services. We allow you to access third party services, including but not limited to Facebook, to share your selected Public Content with those services, and import information to the Site. Some of those third party services may also provide us with information from your accounts there to enhance and personalize your use of this Site. You can modify your privacy settings with those other services directly.

Cookies.  In order to provide better service when you return to our Site, we may use cookies to store your preferences and information, including what pages you visit, and past activity on the Site.  2.  Children Under 13

We care about the safety of children. We won't knowingly allow anyone under 13 to provide us any personal identifying information. Children should always get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as, their names, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers) over the Internet to us or to anyone else. We encourage you to become involved in your children's on-line experience and to share your interest in our sites with your young ones.

3. Transfer of Information

Public Content. If you post content for public view on the Site, we may distribute such Public Content to a wider audience by sharing it (or portions of it) with third parties so that they can publish it on their own websites and media platforms. We may ask them to credit you as the source of these contributions by including your account name and profile photo, but we are not obligated to require them to provide credit.

Transfers of Information for Legal Purposes.  We may need to disclose certain information to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or search warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request. If there is a change of control in our business (whether by merger, sale, or otherwise) or a sale or transfer of its assets, your information could be sold or transferred as part of that transaction and your information potentially used by the Purchaser or other recipient of said information.

You acknowledge that dine indie, inc. and the Site are located in United States of America ("U.S.") and will process and store your information in the U.S., and that as a result, U.S. governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies may be able to obtain disclosure of your information through the laws of the U.S.
